A 19-year-old man with special needs was gunned down Tuesday while he was sitting on a park bench in South Los Angeles. It happened around 3:15 p.m. at the Jackie Tatum/Harvard Recreation Center in the 1500 block of West 62nd Street. Suraya Fadel Reporting
A class action lawsuit has been files against Mark Daniels, which accuses him of using devices in the restrooms to record people on the toilet. In addition, the Coffee Bean has been included in the lawsuit “for not doing enough to prevent the recordings from happening”.
The lawsuit was filed by customer Roderick Smith, who originally found the cameras hidden under the sinks at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf restrooms in Encino. Suraya Fadel Reports
