Police are investigating after an SUV on Thursday plowed into a Woodland Hills home. The driver, believed to be a neighbor, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the den, through a spare bedroom and into a bathroom. A 43-year-old Tujunga resident says she was offended after she was turned away from a massage parlor because her leg had been amputated. Suraya Fadel reports.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies served a warrant on the 8600 block of of Santa Susana Place in Canoga Park at 7:30 a.m., according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore. An unidentified man told CBS2 and KCAL9 reporter Suraya Fadel that he had no idea why his home was targeted. “Your guess is as good as mine,” he said.

A 54-year-old Eagle Rock woman is fighting for her life in the hospital with extensive head and body injuries she suffered in an unprovoked attack Tuesday.

A 20th Century Fox movie executive has been reported missing, according to the LA County Sheriff’s Department. Gavin Smith, who has been an executive in Fox’s movie distribution division for more than 18 years, hasn’t been seen since Tuesday.
